Practiced inspector of residential and commercial structures. We provide onsite inspections to evaluate defective construction and provide repair solutions for problems such as leaking, sagging and deterioration of components.

Project Management

 

Solicit bids from pre-qualified contractors, assist owners and managers with contractor selection, and conduct pre-bid and pre-construction meetings. Additionally, provide onsite inspections during construction with reports of progress to owners/managers and review pay applications for content and accuracy prior to payment to the contractor. Where required, interface with governing agencies to answer questions and promote a smoothly flowing project
